Order Registration & Cart Management

  • At mashangequine.com, registration is optional but helps streamline future orders and return processes. If you have a registered account, please log in first.
  • During online shopping, click the “Cart” icon at any time to review the items you have selected.

 

Size Guide

  • To choose the best-fitting size, refer to the detailed sizing suggestions in product descriptions and the sizing chart.
  • If the purchased size does not meet your expectations, we support size exchanges.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Therefore, please carefully check the color and size of items in your cart before checkout.

 

Accepted Payment Methods 

  • We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards (Bank Cards). Please note that some Debit Cards may fail to place orders on the website due to specific bank policies; for a smooth transaction, we recommend using a Credit Card.
  • After selecting your payment method, you will be redirected to a secure payment platform; Mashang Equine does not directly handle payment information.
  • Upon successful payment, you will automatically receive an email containing order details and payment confirmation.
  • If a payment issue occurs, no deduction will be made, and you will receive an email with an error notification.

 

Order & Tracking

  • After completing payment, you will receive an email with order identification details, confirming that your order has been successfully created.
  • Log in to the website and go to the “My Orders” page to track your order status.

 

Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding EU public holidays such as Christmas and New Year’s). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be queued for the next business day.
  • Shipping times may be extended during peak periods.
  • After order processing is completed, you will receive an email updating your order status to “Processing” and providing a package tracking number.
  • DHL or UPS will deliver packages within 3-4 working days after pickup:
    • Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.
    • International deliveries may take approximately 10 working days.
  • In all cases, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days from the order date.
  • You will receive a “Shipment Sent” email when the package is dispatched.
  • Specific delivery dates or times cannot be arranged, as shipping is managed independently by the courier service.

 

Shipping Address

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. You can add multiple shipping addresses (e.g., secondary residence, workplace).
  • Ensure you provide comprehensive shipping information, including company name, floor, department, etc.
  • Track your package using the tracking number provided by DHL.
  • Couriers will attempt delivery three times; uncollected packages will be held at a DHL warehouse and can be traced via the tracking number.

 

Shipping Policy

 

EU Countries

  • Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding €150.
  • For orders below €150, the shipping fee is €15.

 

Non-EU European Countries

  • Free shipping is available for orders over €500.
  • For orders below €500, a shipping charge of €30 applies.
  • Please note that import duties and shipping taxes are not included in these rates.

 

Outside Europe

  • Complimentary shipping is provided for orders surpassing €500.
  • For orders under €500, the shipping cost is €60.
  • Import duties and additional shipping taxes are not included in the shipping fees for these regions.
