HORIZON / DESIGN DETAIL

EVERY DETAIL
MATTERS.

THE GLOVE HOLDER

A small response to a real moment in a rider’s day.

THE MOMENT

A rider’s day is shaped by more than the time spent in the saddle.

There are moments of preparation, waiting and walking the course. Gloves come off for a moment—but there is rarely a natural place to keep them.

It is a small inconvenience, easily overlooked.

But thoughtful design often begins precisely there.

A DETAIL SHOULD NOT EXIST SIMPLY TO BE SEEN.

IT SHOULD HAVE A REASON TO BE THERE.

THE RESPONSE

The Glove Holder on the Horizon breeches was designed for this specific moment.

Integrated into the garment, it provides a designated place to keep riding gloves close when they are not being worn.

The solution is intentionally simple. It does not interrupt the clean expression of the breeches or ask for unnecessary attention.

It is simply there when the rider needs it.

01

OBSERVE

Begin with the rider, their movement and the moments that shape their day.

02

UNDERSTAND

Look beyond the obvious and recognise the small inconveniences that often go unnoticed.

03

RESPOND

Create the simplest appropriate solution, with clarity, restraint and purpose.

SMALL IN SCALE.
CLEAR IN PURPOSE.

Within Horizon, every element must earn its place.

A line should support movement. A material should contribute to the wearing experience. A functional detail should respond to a real need.

The glove holder may be small, but it reflects the way Horizon approaches design: understand the rider first, consider the complete experience and remove what does not need to be there.

Because every detail matters when every detail has a purpose.

EVERY LINE SUPPORTS MOVEMENT.
EVERY DETAIL SERVES A PURPOSE.
EVERY DESIGN BEGINS WITH THE RIDER.

BEYOND THE HORIZON

Designed around the rider.
