Return & Exchange Eligibility
Within 7 working days from the date the customer receives the goods:
- If there are product quality issues, you may apply for an exchange or refund. We will provide a “return label” and bear the return shipping costs. After verifying the goods, we will either arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund.
- If you selected the wrong size, you may apply for an exchange. We will provide a “return label” and bear the return shipping costs (only one exchange is allowed per order).
Required Information for Request
Please send an email to Info@mashangequine.com with the following details:
- The order number and product code of the item(s) for return or exchange;
- A description of the reason for return and photos of the issue (if applicable);
- If applying for an exchange, specify the required new size and color.

Packaging Specifications
Use the original packaging or an equivalent carton. Ensure the original shipping labels are covered or removed to avoid confusion.
Regional Restriction
Returns from outside the EU will not be accepted.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
The customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
Processing Time for Returns & Exchanges
- Goods Inspection: Within 24 hours after the warehouse receives the returned package, we will complete the inspection and notify you via email to confirm “Package Received”.
- Refund/Exchange Fulfillment: After successful verification, the refund will be issued or the exchange will be completed within 14 working days.
